[Remote] Vice President, Business Development (Remote)

The Vice President, Business Development will drive net new client acquisition and accelerate reputed company growth, focusing on building relationships and closing reputed company reputed company deals.
Responsibilities
- Own net new client acquisition across reputed company reputed company and mid-market accounts
- Proactively build and manage a robust outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, events, and strategic reputed company
- Identify, engage, and reputed company new logo opportunities reputed company to NAS solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → solutioning → reputed company
- Navigate long, reputed company sales cycles (3–9+ months) involving multiple stakeholders
- reputed company discovery, present tailored solutions, and position NAS offerings to align with client business outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment marketing, employer branding, and reputed company strategies
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases

- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure strong solution alignment
- Represent NAS through industry events, webinars, and thought leadership activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 7-10+ years of experience in consultative, solution-based sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas
- Demonstrated reputed company in long, reputed company sales cycles (3–9+ months)
- Experience selling into HR, reputed company, Recruitment Marketing, or reputed company buyers
- Strong prospecting and pipeline reputed company skills
- Ability to multi-thread deals across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Skilled in value-based and solution-oriented selling
- Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions to client ROI
- Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent solutions
- Existing network reputed company HR / TA leadership
- Background in SaaS, digital media, or workforce solutions
