Part-Time Law Firm Intake Specialist (Remote – U.S.-Based, Texas Time Zone Hours)
We are a growing, long-standing law firm seeking a reliable, professional Intake Specialist to handle incoming new client calls and support reputed company. This is a remote, part-time role for candidates who are based in the United States, speak fluent English, and are available during Texas (Central Time) business hours.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from potential new clients in a professional, empathetic manner
- Gather and document key client information accurately
- reputed company live call transfers to attorneys or team members reputed company appropriate
- Schedule consultations using our internal calendar system
- Maintain clear, organized notes in our CRM/case management system
- Ensure every caller has a positive first impression of the firm Requirements
- Must be located in the United States
- Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a law firm intake role or legal assistant position
- Basic understanding of property tax law (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts/processes
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, CRMs, and VoIP phone systems
- Reliable internet reputed company and quiet work environment
- Availability during Texas (Central Time) business hours reputed company to Have
- Experience with legal intake software or call handling services
- Background in reputed company estate or property tax-reputed company matters
