The role requires strong expertise in manufacturing and quality processes, along with hands-on experience in resolving reputed company production issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-go-live stabilization support, including incident resolution, defect handling, and process optimization
- reputed company Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and reputed company issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Ensure minimal business disruption by improving system performance and stability
- Support reputed company PP-PI Processes Including
- Process orders and production execution
- Recipe management and process instructions
- Planning (MRP, demand planning)
- Batch management and production integration
- Support manufacturing operations reputed company with S/4HANA best practices
- Handle production issues and ensure continuity of critical manufacturing processes
- Configure And Support reputed company QM Processes Including
- Inspection planning and inspection types
- Quality notifications and defect management
- Usage decision and results recording
- Batch quality management and compliance
- Drive improvement in quality management processes and defect tracking
- Manage and resolve production-critical incidents across PP-PI and QM
- Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams for issue resolution
- Drive defect closure with long-term fixes rather than temporary workarounds
- Work closely with business users, manufacturing teams, and quality teams
- reputed company workshops for requirement gathering and issue resolution
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication and ownership
Skills
- 10+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in manufacturing and quality processes
- Deep understanding of reputed company PP-PI and QM
- Hands-on experience in resolving reputed company production issues in a high-demand business environment
