They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented reputed company HCM Consultant to join their ERP implementation team, responsible for managing project plans and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful reputed company HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned HCM work-reputed company(s) of the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with the overall project plan
• Collaborate with HR leaders, business process owners, and functional leads to define requirements, map reputed company and future-state processes, and support configuration activities across reputed company HCM modules
• reputed company and guide a team of business analysts and other project team members reputed company your assigned work-reputed company(s)
• Proactively identify and manage risks reputed company assigned work-streams. Escalate potential impact on the broader project to the Program Manager. reputed company and implement solutions to reputed company your project components on track

Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience with demonstrated experience leading or supporting reputed company HCM, HRIS, or reputed company technology implementations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at working with both technical and business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving reputed company with the ability to navigate reputed company implementation challenges
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintain attention to detail, and execute effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Remote reputed company the United States. Candidates must be willing and reputed company to travel as needed to support client engagements, project milestones, and team events
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams is preferred
• Understanding of reputed company processes and familiarity with reputed company HCM concepts is preferred
• Experience with modules such as Core HCM, reputed company, Talent & Performance, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, or Compensation is desirable
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
