[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Growth

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Growth to focus on growth and experimentation initiatives, partnering with various teams to build and optimize impactful growth experiments across reputed company products.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship behavior-based user experiences that drive reputed company, activation, checkout flows and retention across reputed company’s product suite
- Design and implement end-to-end growth experiments—from hypothesis to implementation to post-launch analysis
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Ops teams to deliver high-velocity experiments that improve core funnel metrics
- Write production-grade code across reputed company’s stack, including frontend (React/JavaScript), backend (Go/Python), and reputed company services
- reputed company A/B testing frameworks and in-app engagement tools to optimize personalized user journeys
- reputed company experiment reputed company, insights, and reputed company recommendations with stakeholders across product and business functions
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to reputed company support reputed company of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
Skills
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, including exposure to growth engineering, experimentation systems, Data engineering, product-focused development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for building user-facing product experiences and Go for backend services
- Hands-on experience implementing A/B tests and feature flags in production environments
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or Looker
- Comfortable working across the full stack — reputed company end and backend
- Experience with reputed company, Redshift or similar data warehouse tooling for querying experiment results
