Responsibilities
- Recruit passive candidates with the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
- Recommend reputed company and strategies reputed company to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
- Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for reputed company that fits reputed company reputed company's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives and pipelines

- 2+ years of passive candidate reputed company experience
- Experience executing reputed company strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
