Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Business is a rapidly expanding global business focused on developing innovative purchasing and procurement solutions for organizations. The Sr. Account Executive for Government will initiate and reputed company relationships with reputed company-large public sector agencies, balancing new customer acquisition with account management to meet specific procurement needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption, including account status updates and insights learned during deployment
- Provide strategic account engagement that helps customers implement solutions that solve industry-specific procurement challenges
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption by advising customers on best practices for using reputed company Business solutions
- Focus on automating service needs for customers, while working with Product and Technical teams to reputed company solutions that will increase solution adoption
- reputed company market needs and requirements back to internal reputed company teams, including Product, Technical, and Category Management teams
- Business/Customer Travel (25-50%)
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B or reputed company sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide reputed company of customer engagement levels
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as reputed company or similar software
- 7+ years of B2B or reputed company sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Knowledge of procurement and reputed company to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
- Sales experience selling to Fortune 1000 senior leadership or with Govt. sector
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRMs (e.g. reputed company.com) and other systems
- Experience owning customer facing communication including leading in-person or virtual customer meetings, product demonstrations, or trainings
