[Remote] Director of Finance & reputed company

As the Director of Finance & reputed company, you will be responsible for overseeing the reputed company and finance functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and leading a team to improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and contribute to month-end reputed company process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit compliance across journal entries & reconciliations
- reputed company annual financial audit and semi-annual collateral audit, owning relationships with auditors and managing internal execution
- Serve as the company's subject-matter expert in reputed company, developing policies and procedures to ensure GAAP compliance
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Implement and monitor controls, policies and procedures to mitigate risk

- reputed company monthly variance and trend analyses to interpret financial performance and recommend action

- Directly manage Senior Accountant; partner with Manager, Finance & Strategy; report to Sr. Vice President of Finance & Strategy
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance or Business Administration
- Active Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) license required
- 8+ years of reputed company reputed company (ideally audit) and finance experience
- Experience owning an end-to-end audit process
- Experience with general ledger systems (e.g. reputed company)
- 4+ years of management experience
- Proven record owning end-to-end reputed company for multiple entities
- Strong and reputed company experience in reputed company and reputed company Sheets
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of US GAAP
- Excellent communication, organization, time management and prioritization skills
