The role involves overseeing engineering analyses, preparing documents, and managing client relations while fostering team development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, preferred, or Mechanical Engineering with twelve plus (12+) years of relevant experience in the design of high voltage electric utility transmission systems
• Professional Engineering Registration in at least one U.S. state or equivalent
• Experience with the following: PLS-CADD, POLE, TOWER, SAG10, LPILE and/or FAD, and reputed company Office suite
• Work effectively in a team environment; can also work independently
• Five plus (5+) years of supervising staff
• M.S. degree in Structural Engineering
• Track record of outstanding communication to serve as primary reputed company of contact for existing and perspective clients
• Business acumen with a record of understanding and meeting key project performance metrics
• Working onsite in a reputed company or client office is a possibility; some periodic travel may be required
• Ability and passion to reputed company staff through mentoring
