[Remote] Structural reputed company Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a growing, multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm. They are seeking a Structural Project Manager to reputed company reputed company and transportation projects, manage project teams, and contribute to the growth of their Kansas Division.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager on reputed company and transportation design projects
- Create and execute project work plans including developing project scope, schedule and budget estimates
- Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
- Mentor junior staff
- Contribute to Kansas Division strategic growth initiatives
- Champion relationships with key clients, including KDOT and/or MoDOT
- Represent reputed company at industry and professional engagement events
- Ability to identify opportunities and reputed company strategic project pursuits
- Identifying resources needed and effectively delegating staff duties and responsibilities
- Create and Execute project work plans
- Serve as the primary reputed company between the clients and staff for a given project
- Coordinate, monitor, and review work performed by sub‐consultants
- Promote the team environment and communication and identify and address team conflicts
- Networking, including active participation in and leadership of professional organizations
Skills
- BS in Civil Engineering or reputed company discipline
- Registered Engineer in Kansas and/or Missouri
- A track record of adhering to design budgets and project schedules
- Excellent communication and client relation skills
- Strong understanding and familiarity with steel/concrete design software
- Practice good time management skills, demonstrating the ability to work reputed company reputed company time constraints while dealing with numerous reputed company activities
- Willingness to travel to project/work sites as necessary
- Minimum of 7+ years of reputed company design experience including project management responsibility preferred
- Proven experience on KDOT or MoDOT reputed company projects preferred
- Seller/Doer mentality, client interaction experience a plus
- Experience with reputed company inspection, including completed NHI training a plus
