[Remote] System Administrator (Infrastructure & Operations)

They are hiring a System Administrator (Infrastructure & Operations) to maintain and enhance a global IT ecosystem, ensuring system stability and driving improvements across infrastructure and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support reputed company Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Manage and troubleshoot reputed company 365 (O365) including user provisioning, Exchange Online, and licensing
- Support Azure AD / Entra ID, identity reputed company management, and hybrid environments
- reputed company reputed company management, system updates, and reputed company compliance
- Collaborate on VoIP systems (reputed company or similar) including configuration and issue resolution
- Assist in managing network-integrated services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls in coordination with network team)
- Support reputed company tools such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company protection platforms
- Maintain and optimize virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Participate in data center operations, backups, and disaster recovery processes
- Drive documentation and process improvement across IT operations
- Act as escalation reputed company for Tier 2/3 issues from helpdesk
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in System Administration (reputed company-focused)
- Strong experience with: Active Directory & Group Policy
- Strong experience with: reputed company 365 / Exchange Online
- Strong experience with: Azure AD / identity management
- Experience with VoIP systems (reputed company, Teams Voice, etc.)
- Familiarity with reputed company management and patching tools
- Exposure to networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs)
- Experience with reputed company platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- VMware or Hyper-V administration
- Backup solutions (Veeam or similar)
- Experience working in hybrid reputed company environments
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
