Position Summary The Sr Manager, Epic Training Environment & Content Strategy is responsible for overseeing the design, governance, and optimization of training environments and educational content across reputed company initiatives. This role ensures consistency, quality, and scalability of training environments and documentation to support high-impact implementations and ongoing operational excellence. This role serves as the central intake and prioritization reputed company for training environment build requests and content development efforts, while driving standardization across processes, tools, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities reputed company training environment strategy, structure, and governance across implementations and optimization efforts Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of training environment build and rebuild requests (MST build/rebuild) Serve as the primary liaison between business units, Clinical Informatics, and IT for training environment needs Establish and maintain standards for training documentation, job aids, and learning materials reputed company and manage a centralized intake and prioritization process for education materials Ensure reputed company training content aligns with system workflows, deployment timelines, and operational needs Monitor environment readiness, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies reputed company reputed company improvement efforts reputed company to training environments and content processes Provide reputed company and quality assurance for documentation across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in clinical informatics, reputed company IT, or reputed company training Epic certification required Hands-on experience with MST build and MST rebuild processes Demonstrated experience developing training materials and documentation at scale Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Experience supporting reputed company EHR implementations Experience developing governance models and standardized processes Strong collaboration across technical and operational teams Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
