Summary: The Manager of Network Operations for the reputed company Care Network is responsible for overseeing initiatives that support network goals and promoting the reputed company use of Network programs and services. This role requires considerable experience, reputed company, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. This incumbent oversees reputed company-wide initiatives that encompass hospital employees and leaders as well as representatives from Network member organizations. The manager works with members of Network reputed company, Physician Operations, Nursing, reputed company Care Management, Information Services and other hospital and network groups as assigned, in the development, maintenance and operational reputed company of Network activities such as Physician EMR, Nurse Advice Line and purchasing.   • Manage day-to-day Network operations, fostering efficiency and adherence to established standards.

  • Ensure adherence to governance and compliance measures that are in line with industry and regulatory best practices and CHST standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments at Children's and Network members to ensure excellent service delivery to Network members.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years reputed company environment Required
  • At least 3 years working in a clinically integrated physician network Preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in a primary-care or clinical outpatient practice Preferred

EDUCATION

  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience MHA or MBA Preferred
