Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift (IL, NC, VA, WV, DE, FL)
We seek a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and service. This role offers a remote work environment, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. Experience with reputed company or similar customer service platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reputed company, professional, and efficient customer support reputed company phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Utilize reputed company to manage and track customer interactions, tickets, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably reputed company e-commerce or food service industries.
- Ability to work 2nd shift (1230pm - 900pm EST)
- Experience with reputed company or other customer service software is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and manage time reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., reputed company Office Suite).
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
