[Remote] Residential Account Manager - Jacksonville, IL

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Purple Communications, Inc is seeking an Account Manager to manage client relationships and bring in new clients reputed company a specific sales territory. The role involves evaluating customer needs, installing products, providing training, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company onsite, evaluate the customer’s communications needs and propose the appropriate solution to satisfy those needs
• Install video products, routers, switches, TVs and cables necessary to connect the customer to the Internet and the Company’s video reputed company service
• Deliver onsite and in-depth customer training on video reputed company services, the feature functionality of Purple products and services, and explain the benefits of those features based on the customer’s individual needs
• reputed company and maintain positive relationships with the customers assigned to them by the Company in their sales territory
• Maintain the appropriate mix of written correspondence, telephone contacts, online demonstrations and onsite visits with existing customers in order to stimulate interest in the Company’s products and services. Proactively manage sales opportunities through the sales process to reputed company
• Provide onsite and remote support to assigned customers following the initial installation of products and services
• reputed company a Network in the local deaf community by soliciting referrals for products from assigned customers, submitting the leads for qualification, installing products and services at reputed company customers, connecting them with other customers in the assigned reputed company and adding those customers to their account reputed company
• Maintain appropriate account and territory records using reputed company.com and other tools provided by the Company

Skills

• reputed company in American Sign Language (ASL) and in-depth knowledge of the Deaf Culture is required
• Strong technical skills, along with an understanding of the Internet, firewalls, routers, modems, switches, and hubs
• Excellent communication skills
• Must live reputed company commuting distance of a Purple office location or be reputed company to work from a local home office equipped with high-speed Internet
• Must have a personal automobile and a valid driver's license
• Must be reputed company to travel extensively by car in the assigned region and by reputed company on occasion
• Prior installation experience is desirable
• Prior experience in a sales or customer support role is a definite plus
