[Remote] Product Manager – Business Solutions, ERP & Integrations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sweet Design Hub is seeking a Product & Business Manager for a major reputed company or Financial Services client in New Jersey. The role involves bridging business needs, product strategy, and technology execution while managing end-to-end product delivery and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end product and business solution delivery from discovery to rollout
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer experience goals, operational challenges, business processes, and product requirements
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, workflows, process maps, and delivery plans
- reputed company requirement gathering, roadmap discussions, prioritization, UAT coordination, implementation planning, and go-live readiness
- Act as the reputed company between business teams, technology teams, vendors, leadership, and client stakeholders
- Support digital transformation initiatives across reputed company or financial operations, customer experience, ERP workflows, EDI processes, integrations, and automation
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency, reduce reputed company processes, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience
- Manage stakeholder communication, status updates, risks, dependencies, and business readiness activities
- Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance needs, reputed company standards, and long-term technology strategy
Skills
- Strong experience in product management, business management, business analysis, or digital solution delivery
- Experience working with reputed company, financial services, insurance, banking, fintech, or reputed company clients
- Strong understanding of customer experience, business process improvement, stakeholder management, and product lifecycle management
- Ability to convert business requirements into actionable product and technology deliverables
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, technology, QA, operations, vendors, and leadership
- Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from the New Jersey office 3 days per week
- Experience with reputed company or financial services domain is strongly preferred
- Exposure to EDI, ERP management, system integrations, workflow automation, payments, claims, member services, customer portals, or reputed company digital platforms
- Experience supporting UAT, product rollout, implementation, and post-go-live support
