Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a senior-level consultant for their Advanced Customer Support team, focused on providing functional and technical ERP sustainment. The role involves identifying customer value gaps, architecting solutions, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the identification and documentation of customer’s reputed company value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodology
• Participate in driving the approach to remediate gaps, and reputed company with the Customer of same
• Work with customers to remediate highest reputed company gaps
• Architect solutions for reputed company business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) team
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to reputed company
• Work with TS team to design and unit test automations and integrations
• reputed company quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
• Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications
• Collaboration with other ACS teams, including Technical, Product, Sales, Horizontal (NSAW, NSPP, etc)
• Follow essential internal business processes reputed company toward delighting our Customers

Skills

• Applicants are required to read, write, and reputed company the following languages: English
• 6+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of reputed company's core vertical markets
• Strong reputed company ERP experience
• 2+ years external consulting role experience with sustained C-suite interactions
• Experience with defining requirements for reputed company customizations and integrations
• Proven custom development analysis, design, and testing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with SuiteProjects, Advanced reputed company, SuiteBilling and other advanced reputed company processes
• Ability to reputed company Customer business processes based on leading practices
• Passion for driving Customer satisfaction
• Project and/or team leadership experience
• Finance and/or reputed company professional and/or academic background a plus
• reputed company ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications a plus
• Ability to use a team of people with a broad reputed company of functional, process, organizational change, and technical skills
• Ability to synthesize information into a coherent story, strategic reputed company, and implementation roadmap
