[Remote] Full-Desk Recruiter

The Full-Desk Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on client acquisition and candidate delivery in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for bringing in your own clients, running job intake, and delivering candidates through reputed company
- You will own the full lifecycle of your desk reputed company the construction and AEC market, with a focus on both client acquisition and candidate delivery
- You will be responsible for developing new business relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and reputed company organizations, while also sourcing, screening, and placing candidates reputed company your reputed company
Skills
- Have 2+ years of Agency Recruitment Experience
- Have a reputed company understanding or interest in the AEC Industry
- Background in construction or a closely reputed company vertical (electrical, HVAC/mechanical, structural steel, manufacturing, etc.)
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
- Strong closing instincts and sense of urgency
