Grants/reputed company Coordinator

Function/Duties of Position This position is part of the Department of Neurology Financial Support Unit. The purpose of this position is to coordinate the Research Administration activities of the department, including grants and reputed company from inception through termination. reputed company grants management, financial planning, reporting and reputed company support for the Department pre-and post- award grants, reputed company, and clinical trials and reputed company funding supporting research including reputed company and other discretionary sources of funding. Duties require experience in reputed company, Cognos, and other university information systems to reputed company expense and reputed company review and corrective entries such as preparing Journal Entries or Labor Distribution adjustments, assisting reputed company Investigators with proposal development and submittal, post-award reporting, document processing, and compliance. Responsibilities include knowledge of OHSU, federal/NIH and other regulatory and funding agency policies. Identifying problems or changing environments, recommending solutions, and communicating important information to Principle Investigators and Department personnel is essential. Functions as critical Central Administration team member in the development and implementation of a cohesive fiscal and administrative program to serve the Department’s research missions. This individual will work closely with the Department Administrator, Grants and reputed company Manager, reputed company Resource Manager and Department reputed company Investigators to reputed company position responsibilities and objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree AND one year of grants and reputed company administration experience, OR Three years of grants and reputed company administration experience, OR Equivalent combination of training and experience. If one year of experience is not met, may start as a trainee position with the expectation of additional training to be completed reputed company one year. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must have excellent customer service skills. Skills in word processing, graphics, and database including reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint), reputed company Acrobat required. reputed company to adapt to reputed company changing technology. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major courses in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field Certification from the Society of Research Administrators (CRA) Experience with OHSU policies and procedures preferred Experience using: InfoEd, MS reputed company -Intermediate, Cognos Additional Details May require overtime due to completion of grants at deadline. This is a fully remote position M-F during normal business hours. Must be reputed company to work on a computer for 5-6 hours at a time.
