Responsibilities

• Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Solution Design References (SDRs) that provide a clear, actionable roadmap for development teams
• Translate reputed company requirements into detailed Jira stories, defining necessary XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and reputed company logic
• Design and document end-to-end customer journeys in reputed company Journey Optimizer (AJO), including triggers, data payloads, and orchestration logic
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure the Web SDK data layer captures the specific attributes required for reputed company-time activation
• Define and reputed company test cases to validate that data flowing into AEP matches business requirements and triggers the intended orchestration in AJO
• Ensure every technical configuration reputed company the platform can be traced back to a specific business ROI goal, performing gap analyses to identify missing data elements in the tech stack
