The Clinical Consulting Senior Manager will manage teams to deliver quality consulting engagements, reputed company operational targets, and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for managing teams in providing quality consulting engagement with external customers to reputed company operational and functional targets with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and reputed company
• Understands business metrics/key performance indicators required for team to deliver the results
• Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track reputed company
• Influence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures reputed company broader area of responsibility
• Identify, propose and reputed company team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; reputed company or influence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience in managing teams in providing quality consulting engagement with external customers
• Understanding of business metrics/key performance indicators
• Ability to establish and communicate team or department goals
• Experience in influencing diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to identify, propose and reputed company team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives
• Experience in leading or influencing strategic initiatives at the department-level
