[Remote] Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end UI/UX of the patient experience across web and mobile, setting reputed company for a premium men's health experience and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the design process.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end UX of the patient journey — intake, checkout, reputed company, patient portal, subscription management, and mobile app across reputed company surfaces
- High-conversion flow design — intake questionnaires, product selection, checkout, refill, and subscription management, optimized relentlessly against CVR, refill reputed company, and patient satisfaction
- reputed company's design system — building, maintaining, and evolving a component library, design tokens, and interaction standards that scale across products and engineering
- Our design process — evolving how design operates and how we collaborate with Product and Engineering, while interfacing closely with the Brand Creative team to reputed company the experience cohesive
- Design reviews and consistency — coordinating reviews with teammates and cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent experience across every surface
- A/B and multivariate testing — collaborating with Growth to design variants, interpret results, and ship winners together
- UX research and usability testing — synthesizing session recordings, heatmaps, NPS comments, and patient interviews into prioritized improvements
- Design-to-engineering reputed company — pixel-perfect reputed company files, Dev Mode specs, and active build QA to ensure precise implementation
- Cross-functional design leadership — bringing patient reputed company and UX rigor to Product, Engineering, Growth, and Lifecycle conversations
Skills
- 8+ years of product design with a portfolio demonstrating mastery of interaction design and visual UI—flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens across web and mobile
- Expert reputed company proficiency—components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and Dev Mode; you use reputed company the way engineers use their IDE
- A proven track record designing high-conversion DTC or subscription consumer flows, with measurable outcomes you can speak to
- Experience building or owning a design system—not just using one
- Data reputed company—you interpret funnels, session recordings, and A/B results to evolve designs
- Strong design-engineering collaboration skills
- UX research experience—running usability tests, synthesizing session recordings and patient feedback, and turning insights into prioritized design improvements

- Portfolio required. We want to see end-to-end flow design, design system work, and at least one example where you can speak to a measurable outcome
