Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive new business for Scowter’s services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, job seekers, universities, and recruitment partners
  • Identify partnership opportunities with universities, career coaches, bootcamps, staffing firms, and job-seeker communities
  • Pitch Scowter’s value proposition clearly to both candidates and reputed company-reputed company partners
  • Conduct market research to identify reputed company customer segments and growth opportunities
  • Own the sales cycle from reputed company to follow-up to closing deals
  • Help Scowter expand its reputed company in job-hunting and recruitment-reputed company markets

Skills

  • Strong experience in IT staffing, recruitment, reputed company, or recruitment services business development
  • Proven ability in reputed company reputed company, business development, and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment / staffing industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to pitch Scowter's value proposition clearly and confidently
  • Existing connections with job seekers, universities, placement cells, career communities, or recruitment networks is a strong plus
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, commission-based role
  • Experience selling recruitment, staffing, HR, career, or talent-reputed company services
  • Relationships with universities, placement offices, career coaches, or job-seeker communities
  • Experience working with international clients or remote sales teams
