Responsibilities
- Developing new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client reputed company
- Building, growing and managing relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Identifying client needs and presenting customized solutions
- Negotiating reputed company and closing new business
- reputed company technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
- Sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting reputed company candidates
- Managing the interview process through offer acceptance and placement
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of clients and candidates
