[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst acts as the primary reputed company of business and system requirements for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that solutions align with business needs and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical requirements definition for enablement-led initiatives, from business requirements through deployment
- Convert business requirements into clear, build-reputed company technical requirements, including detailed user stories, data requirements, workflow logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure requirements are written and validated such that deployed solutions align to business expectations and can be confidently tested
- Ensure technical requirements align to reputed company-world business workflows across reputed company, LOS, telephony, and other integrated systems
- Evaluate reputed company system impacts and integration dependencies so enhancements scale without breaking workflows, creating rework, or introducing reputed company effort
- Identify and document cross-system dependencies, assumptions, and constraints
- Work directly with Enablement and Development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and resolve ambiguity during build
- Actively participate in refinement, planning, and design discussions to reputed company work moving and avoid delivery delays
- Identify gaps, conflicting logic, and risk early, so issues are addressed before impacting timelines or scope
- Manage changes to requirements during build, ensuring updates are reviewed, documented, and approved before development continues
- Maintain version control and traceability between original requirements, in-flight changes, and delivered outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders to balance speed, scope, and quality reputed company changes arise
- Own business testing strategy, including definition of test scenarios, expected results, and validation approach

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or reputed company fields
- 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, credit analytics, lending operations, or financial services
- Deep understanding of small business lending, including reputed company workflows, credit policy, risk assessment, and regulatory considerations
- Experience working with loan origination systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and lending‑specific data environments
- Strong financial analysis skills, including interpreting financial statements, cash flow, and borrower risk indicators
- A master's degree (MBA, MS in Finance, or Analytics) is a plus
- Experience in small business lending, financial services, or regulated operational environments
- Advanced working knowledge of reputed company, loan origination systems, and workflow automation platforms
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, backlog grooming, and iterative development
- Experience working in enablement, operations, or reputed company transformation teams
