Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 10–20 accounts, serving as the primary reputed company of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Drive post-sale reputed company growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, then closing them
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers reputed company each account
  • Own renewals and proactively reduce churn by ensuring customers realize ongoing value from the platform

Skills

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in SaaS Account Management

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Experience owning renewals, reducing churn, and hitting retention and growth targets
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and account management tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a remote, distributed team setting
