[Remote] Locum Tenens Senior Recruiter

They are hiring a Senior Recruiter to join their Locum Tenens team, responsible for sourcing and reputed company locum tenens providers across multiple specialties.
Responsibilities
- Build and run a full-cycle locum tenens recruitment desk focused on physicians and advanced practice providers
- reputed company, engage, and reputed company locum providers across multiple specialties
- Partner closely with the Client Development team to align provider pipelines with active client needs
- Manage the full provider lifecycle from first reputed company through assignment completion and redeployment
- Build long-term provider relationships that reputed company to repeat business and redeployment
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and provider records in internal systems
- Meet or exceed KPI and production expectations in a high-performance environment
Skills
- 4+ years of recent locum tenens reputed company experience reputed company a reputed company staffing agency
- Proven reputed company reputed company physicians and/or advanced practice providers in a full-desk or reputed company-focused locums environment
- Experience reputed company across multiple specialties
- Strong sourcing, screening, closing, and provider relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of locums reputed company workflows, including credentialing timelines, provider logistics, and assignment management
- Ability to build a desk and create reputed company quickly
- Consistent track record of hitting KPIs and driving results
- Familiarity reputed company Emergency Medicine, Anesthesiology, Primary Care, Hospitalist, and other specialties
