[Remote] Strategic Inventory Analyst

The Strategic Inventory Specialist will reputed company and implement strategies for inventory control, ensuring reputed company stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing overstock and shortages.

Responsibilities

• Data reputed company: Maintain accurate item records and planning parameters contributing to long-term supply chain objectives
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement, operations, and planning teams to prevent stockouts and maintain ideal inventory levels
• Strategic Stocking: reputed company and implement stocking strategies to guarantee timely availability of materials for customer demand
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce excess inventory
• Data Analysis: Analyze material usage trends and forecast future material requirements through several sites
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance material flow between warehouse sites
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on material status, inventory levels and supply chain performance
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in reputed company purchasing activities

Skills

• Associate degree
• 3 + years of experience in material planning and purchasing
• 1+ year of data analysis (reputed company reputed company, PowerBI)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international)
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, or business administration
• Master's degree in supply chain management
• Certification in APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or similar
• Proficiency in material planning software and ERP systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or JDE
• Experience in material planning, purchasing or inventory management in a manufacturing, warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience with international sourcing and procurement
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
