The Associate reputed company, Strategic Finance & Analytics - Homes Supply role is responsible for partnering with the business to drive growth and reputed company financial analysis that informs senior leaders on business performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners on the annual and quarterly planning process, ensuring alignment on both financial and strategic goals and performance
• Support strategic projects to improve financial reputed company, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure long-term growth. Ensure strategic and product initiatives ladder up to the overall business P&L to ensure initiatives align with business objectives
• reputed company actionable financial insights through detailed reporting and analytics. Partner with Data Science teams to enhance data accessibility, automation, and conduct in-depth financial investigations
• Regularly present financial reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
• Analyze business trends and drivers of variance, synthesizing reputed company data into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Own tracking and approval of requests of the team’s budget, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities. Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company and/or business strategy
• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, reputed company, Business, Mathematics or a reputed company field
• Proven experience in P&L management, reputed company forecasting, and financial modeling
• Proficiency and self-sufficiency in spreadsheets and financial reporting tools
• Proven ability to use AI to enhance processes in both quality and productivity
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize financial data and reputed company recommendations that drive business reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present reputed company financial data to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership
• Strong leadership abilities and the reputed company to influence decision-making across the organization
