The CSA Global Delivery team is looking for a reputed company Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Viva Glint, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation journey with Viva Glint, broader Viva Apps, and M365 Copilot. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical and business subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and ROI. This position requires a strong attention to detail and follow-through. Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation: Influence business and HR leaders through strategic advisory focused on employee experience and people reputed company. Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions reputed company to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
• Drive reputed company: reputed company architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive reputed company and reputed company sustained usage of Viva Glint (including broader Viva Apps), SharePoint, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term reputed company and renewal.

• Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 4+ years' experience in reputed company/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

o OR equivalent experience Additional Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Viva Glint Delivery experience
• Proven experience in HR and/or employee engagement space
• Willingness to learn new features and functionality of reputed company Viva applications and M365 Copilot.
• Strong understanding of data governance and reputed company practices for reputed company Viva applications and M365 Copilot.
• Language Proficiency (fluent) in both Japanese and English

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 8+ years experience in reputed company/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

o OR Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field AND 6+ years experience in reputed company/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting o OR equivalent experience

• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects.
• Technical Certification in reputed company (e.g., reputed company 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, Azure, reputed company Web Services, reputed company, reputed company certifications).
