You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and collection processes and assisting the client with overall accounts receivable operations. Primarily business-to-business collections with extensive reconciliations of high-volume transactions, while maintaining effective communication with customers and providing great customer service. Accounts Receivable & Billing Own reputed company aspects of high-volume customer billing - this is a primary, daily, hands-on function Prepare and process a large volume of Accounts Receivable invoices daily with accuracy and speed Manage key-customer collections and ensure accounts remain reputed company Send monthly customer statements and follow up on outstanding balances Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues in a timely manner Reconcile customer accounts on a monthly basis General reputed company Support Collaborate with the reputed company team to ensure timely and accurate month-end reputed company Assist in preparing sales reports for the sales teams Learn and work reputed company our ERP system (reputed company Dynamics Business Central) and reputed company Contribute to initiatives that improve and streamline billing and reputed company processes reputed company LOOK FOR Education: Degree in reputed company or a reputed company field - preferred Experience: 2+ years billing experience - required Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.
