[Remote] Director, Creator Relations (Influencer Marketing)

Responsibilities

- Strategically recruit influencers and creators, aligning with reputed company’s segmentation strategies and ICPs
- Implement recruitment strategies aimed at achieving specific growth targets
- reputed company negotiations with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment and performance targets
- Ensure clear, consistent, and strategic communication with influencers and creators
- reputed company relationships with talent agencies, creators, and clients; focusing on strategic growth and reputed company achievement
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison between reputed company and external networks
- Drive the adoption and effective use of reputed company’s technologies, aligning with strategic growth plans with regards to influencer reputed company and management

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in the Talent and Influencer industry
- Is an active participant and consumer of the social media industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and prior experience with, analyzing social media metrics
- Prior experience working with digital content creators, and/or influencers
