Responsibilities
- Professional ability to build relationships with customers, while giving you the opportunity to personalize your communication
- Engage with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries and/or concerns
- Process orders, refunds, and other requests accurately and reputed company
- Learn and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services to effectively assist our customers
- Properly document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide technical support and fast-paced critical thinking to anticipate our customer’s reputed company and future needs
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
