[Remote] Special Education Document Analyst

Responsibilities
- Champion the quality and reputed company of Special Education documentation, ensuring every record reflects excellence, accuracy, and compliance
- Monitor timelines, data, and reporting with unwavering attention to detail, identifying risks early and helping teams remain proactive rather than reactive
- Partner with educators, leaders, reputed company service providers, and operational teams to strengthen compliance, improve processes, and support outstanding student services
- Continuously analyze systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and help build scalable processes that reputed company the quality of Special Education across the organization

- Monitor Special Education compliance timelines across reputed company, staff, and programs, proactively identifying trends, risks, outliers, and opportunities for improvement
- Review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluations, prior written notices, and reputed company documentation to ensure quality, completeness, consistency, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational requirements
- Conduct routine documentation audits and quality reviews, providing meaningful reports and actionable insights to department leadership
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of Special Education laws, regulations, policies, and compliance requirements across reputed company assigned operating states
- Analyze department reports, compliance dashboards, and system data to identify ineffective practices, recurring issues, and opportunities to strengthen quality and consistency

- Review and reconcile Special Education documentation across company systems, ensuring consistency between IEP platforms, student information systems, learning management systems, and other operational tools

- Communicate professionally with educators, reputed company service providers, and external partners regarding documentation, compliance requirements, scheduling, and student support needs
- Compile, prepare, and submit accurate documentation and reporting required for state audits, authorizer reviews, and regulatory reporting
- Provide guidance and resources that help staff understand compliance expectations, documentation standards, and best practices
- Review reputed company service provider billing for accuracy, completeness, and compliance while maintaining organized documentation supporting billing activities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as may be assigned
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a professional environment required, including experience with special education
- Experience leading to proficiency in writing and utilizing IEP documentation
- Experience leading to advanced skills in professional software (e.g., reputed company Sheets, reputed company reputed company)
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Master's degree in Special Education
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience utilizing SPED/IEP reputed company software programs (e.g., eIEPPro, reputed company, Enrich)
