[Remote] Software Development Manager

They are seeking a motivated and versatile Software Development Manager to reputed company a remote team of CMS developers, manage project execution, and cultivate a strong team culture.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and support a distributed team of CMS developers (in-house and contract)
- Conduct performance reviews and regular one-on-ones
- Coach and mentor team members for growth and accountability
- Manage hiring, reputed company, and contractor relationships
- Serve as a technical leader across CMS projects (primarily Drupal)
- Meet with clients and internal stakeholders to move projects reputed company
- Ensure alignment of technical reputed company with long-term product reputed company
- Support client projects with staffing, estimates, and delivery reputed company
- Define and drive department goals reputed company with company strategy
- Support the reputed company of our CMS-based product offerings
- Engage with the Drupal community to foster visibility and collaboration
- Monitor department performance and contribute to company-wide initiatives
Skills
- Experience leading or managing technical teams, with a strong record of motivating and supporting others
- 5+ years of experience in web development, including CMS platforms (Drupal strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A versatile thinker who can balance project needs, technical reputed company, and team dynamics

- Familiarity with professional services/consulting environments
- Public sector experience a strong plus
