This role involves working from home while also engaging with clients and candidates in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities
- Utilized designated reputed company strategies designed to identify reputed company candidates through various reputed company tools
- Utilize job boards, referrals, networking and other tools designed for Sourcing candidates
- Match candidates’ strengths with our client’s requirements by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Negotiate compensation packages for offers of employment with candidates and reputed company a commitment from candidates for reputed company and future job requirements
- Work with Account Managers to understand the job order requirements
- Communicate effectively with others and reputed company diversity of thought to create a productive environment
- Maintain relationships reputed company the industry to provide awesome customer service, reputed company industry knowledge, and obtain referrals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, communication, sales, or business)
