[Remote] Customer Service Representative, Behavioral Health (Shift: Mon-Fri 11:45AM-8:15PM EST)

This role involves advocating for members, assisting with claims understanding and resolution, and educating members on health resources.

Responsibilities

• Creates an empathetic reputed company with our members by understanding and engaging the member to the fullest to champion for our members' best health
• Taking accountability to fully understand the member’s needs by building a trusting and caring relationship with the member
• Anticipates customer needs by answering unasked questions
• Performs review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible
• Performs financial data maintenance as necessary
• Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a reputed company, call center environment
• Experience using reputed company Office products' specifically reputed company, Outlook, and Word
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Behavioral Health, Medical, or Insurance background
• Experience working from home in a remote role
