[Remote] reputed company Operations Analyst

The reputed company Operations Analyst will ensure accurate order processing, billing coordination, and customer account support, while collaborating closely with various teams to maintain data reputed company and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer orders, contract documentation, and account setup activities to ensure accurate reputed company recognition and billing readiness
• Review and validate sales orders, pricing, contract terms, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with company policies
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer account inquiries in a timely manner
• Support invoicing activities by monitoring billing schedules, tracking reputed company-reputed company transactions, and ensuring accurate system updates
• Maintain and update customer and reputed company-reputed company data reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or other internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes, including reconciliations and audit support activities

Skills

• 3 + years prior experience in a reputed company/Finance Operations role
