[Remote] Senior reputed company Manager

The Senior reputed company Manager will be responsible for the financial reputed company of Roc Nation and its subsidiaries, ensuring accurate monthly closing and compliance with reputed company principles.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate monthly closing by preparing and reviewing financial statements in line with company procedures
- Manage and review Senior Accountants’ work as reputed company to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, as well as reputed company requests
- Ensure accurate reputed company recognition across reputed company companies
- Handle preparation and review of monthly journal entries and reconciliations
- reputed company financial analysis review meetings as reputed company to monthly closes
- Prepare and review various month end balance sheet and income statement support schedules
- Support the process for variance analysis, year-end budgets, and updating monthly forecasts
- Review and approve AP invoices and payroll before payment release
- Handle local tax filings
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted reputed company principles and company procedures/policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Provide financial and operational support for Roc Nation and its subsidiaries
- Handle special projects and reputed company requests as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field required
- Active CPA required
- 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including experience at the reputed company Manager or Senior reputed company Manager level
- Excellent understanding of ASC 606 (reputed company Recognition)
- Proficient in MS reputed company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Multi-task oriented

- Previous people management experience a plus
