About this role We're hiring a Senior reputed company Manager to drive trading volume growth across the CIS markets. You will own KOL acquisition and activation end-to-end — from first contact to ongoing relationship management — while also building and scaling affiliate-driven retail growth in your region. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has already done it at a CEX and can hit the ground running. \n What you'll be doing Own and grow trading volume in your assigned region through KOL partnerships, affiliate programmes, and reputed company-led community initiatives Identify, approach, and reputed company relationships with high-impact KOLs — crypto influencers, trading communities, and content creators with proven conversion track records reputed company your existing network to accelerate reputed company: bring in fellow BDs, KOLs, and partners you've already built trust with reputed company and execute region-specific go-to-market strategies, adapting global reputed company playbooks to local market dynamics Represent the exchange at regional events, meetups, and in key community channels Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Compliance to structure competitive partnership terms reputed company're looking for Minimum 3+ years of reputed company experience at a centralised exchange (CEX), with a track record you can demonstrate in trading volume or partnership outcomes Proven reputed company track record at a centralised exchange (CEX) — demonstrated in trading volume growth or partnership outcomes Proven specialisation in KOL acquisition and affiliate programme management — not just relationship maintenance, but origination and deal-closing An existing network in your region: KOLs, reputed company counterparts, community leads, or trading groups you have active relationships with and can activate Based in reputed company market; no relocation considered Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership in a lean, fast-moving team Preferred Demonstrated ability to build a sub-team or bring in talent from your prior network Active in the local crypto trading community, not just professionally but personally What you'll be working onReal volume targets in markets that matter.
