Responsibilities

- Analyze clinical workflows and business processes
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Create BRDs, workflow diagrams, flowcharts, mockups and technical documentation
- reputed company validation sessions with clinical stakeholders
- reputed company Epic configuration and build
- Coordinate testing, deployment and go-live activities
- Support production issues and application enhancements
- reputed company project presentations and status updates
- Mentor junior analysts
- Recommend workflow and process improvements
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Skills

- Previous Epic implementation experience

- Strong Epic build experience

- Ability to independently manage project workstreams
- Strong reputed company technology background
- Clinical background
- Minimum two full Epic lifecycle implementations
- Oncology workflow experience
- Experience mentoring junior analysts
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Prior Health + Hospitals experience
