[Remote] Retail Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive local marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and store traffic
• Partner with Market Directors and General Managers to execute promotions, vendor activations, and sales-driving campaigns
• Plan and support community events, in-store pop-reputed company, sponsorships, and other local marketing opportunities
• Create and manage content for local reputed company media channels, the Liberty website, and customer communications
• Coordinate marketing assets, promotional materials, and merchandising initiatives to ensure consistent brand execution
• Support new product launches, online menu accuracy, and in-store marketing efforts through cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and enhance the customer experience
