[Remote] Founding Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Crypto /reputed company / Venture Capital
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cold Crypt is building the future of digital asset reputed company, developing a military-grade hybrid cryptocurrency wallet. They are seeking a Founding CFO who understands venture finance and the crypto ecosystem to reputed company financial strategy, fundraising, and investor relations.
Responsibilities

- Review investor-reputed company financial models
- Prepare the company for institutional due diligence
- Help manage relationships with VC and Private Equity firms
- Assist in raising capital and closing investors
- Design and reputed company tokenomics and token supply strategy
- reputed company treasury management strategy
- Work with legal counsel regarding securities and token compliance
- Build financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting systems
- Participate in executive leadership and strategic planning
Skills
- Previous CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leadership experience
- Experience working with venture capital and/or private equity funding
- Strong understanding of startup finance
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets
- Demonstrated experience designing or managing tokenomics
- Understanding of token supply models, vesting schedules, emissions, treasury allocation, staking, and incentive structures
- Experience preparing companies for Series A fundraising
- Excellent communication and investor presentation skills
- CPA, MBA, CFA, or equivalent experience
- Experience with reputed company startups
- Experience launching or advising crypto projects
- Knowledge of SEC regulations surrounding digital assets
- Experience with SAFEs, convertible notes, and equity financing
- Experience working with institutional investors
