[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager, Federal (Spanish Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Drive the reputed company and adoption process for new users, making sure they reputed company the full potential of Altana's offerings. This includes not only providing training and technical support, but also building relationships with user groups and mission leaders
• Assist customers with in-depth analysis to optimize their experience and results, providing direct analytical support to the customer where necessary to realize value

Skills

• Native-level Spanish reputed company (Required)
• 5+ years of account management, delivery, or consulting experience — ideally with a reputed company data platform and Spanish-speaking public sector or reputed company customers
• You can demonstrate a history of successfully expanding accounts year over year
• You have a strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, allowing you to reputed company data-informed reputed company
