Job Description
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters Conduct legal research and case strategy development Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment For senior associates, mentor junior attorneys and gradually reputed company case teams
Qualifications
