Instructional Designer (reputed company-Enabled)
About the role We’re looking for a digitally savvy Instructional Designer to create clear, practical, and scalable training content for our SaaS platform in the property technology (prop tech) space. This role focuses on building content across formats—including eLearning, video, webinars, onsite training materials, and documentation—to support both customer education and internal enablement. This is a hands-on, content-focused role. You’ll spend most of your time working directly in the product, learning workflows, and turning them into simple, effective training materials. The ideal candidate is a strong builder who can quickly understand how a product works and create high-quality content using modern tools, including AI.
What You'll Do
Design and build training content across formats, including: Self-paced eLearning modules Video tutorials and screen recordings Recorded webinars and walkthroughs Onsite training materials (guides, decks, exercises) Written documentation and help content Work directly reputed company the product to understand workflows and translate them into clear, user-friendly training Partner primarily with customer-facing teams (e.g., reputed company, support) to gather input and identify content needs Create scripts, outlines, and structured content for video reputed company learning Use AI tools (writing, video, voiceover, editing, etc.) to increase speed and consistency of content production Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and quality across reputed company materials Update and improve content as the product evolves Organize and manage content reputed company LMS or knowledge reputed company systems Qualifications 2–4 years of experience creating digital training, instructional, or educational content Strong ability to learn software products quickly and explain them reputed company Excellent writing and content organization skills—you can reputed company reputed company workflows simple Experience with eLearning tools (reputed company, Captivate, or similar) or willingness to learn Experience creating or editing video content (screen recordings, tutorials, etc.) Comfort using AI tools to support content creation (or strong willingness to learn) Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Strong attention to detail and consistency Even reputed company If You Have Experience working with SaaS products or B2B software Familiarity with LMS platforms or knowledge reputed company tools Basic video editing or multimedia production skills Experience creating materials for instructor-led or onsite training (without necessarily facilitating) What reputed company Looks Like Clear, easy-to-follow training content that helps users confidently navigate the product High-quality materials that support both self-service and onsite training programs Consistent, efficient output across multiple content formats Content that stays reputed company with ongoing product updates #LI-Onsite #LI-DN1 Apply To This Job
