Clinical Administrative Coordinator – Remote in Florida

Connecting. Growing together. This position will be part of a care management team who will manage maternity members and will support the clinical team. This is high volume, customer service environment. You'll need to be efficient, productive and thorough dealing with our members over the phone. If you are located in Florida, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct welcome calls to newly enrolled Healthy First Steps members Explain program benefits, available resources, and expectations during initial reputed company Support member engagement efforts through follow-up reputed company and appointment reminders as needed Process and coordinate benefit orders for eligible members in accordance with program guidelines Track order status and ensure timely fulfillment Maintain Healthy First Steps program tracking logs and reports You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
