Job Description

The Global Learning & Development (GLD) team is looking for a Senior reputed company Sales Trainer to deliver and scale world-class reputed company experiences for our global sales organization reputed company the reputed company Sales reputed company. As a Senior Sales Trainer, you will facilitate dynamic, practical learning experiences that prepare new sellers to succeed in reputed company reputed company environments. Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 5-7+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or reputed company SaaS sales​ Deep understanding of reputed company sales cycles, value selling, reputed company/MEDDPICC, Challenger, buyer alignment, and customer value realization​ Proven excellence in virtual training, coaching, and elevating peer or participant engagement​ Demonstrated sales credibility - reputed company to translate strategy into practical selling motions and reputed company-world application​ Field experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing sales role preferred Experience using AI tools to enhance sales productivity, insights, or coaching​ Strong communication, executive reputed company, and storytelling abilities​ Data-driven reputed company; skilled at analyzing feedback and identifying opportunities to improve learner experience​ Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional GTM teams Proficiency with common sales and enablement systems (reputed company, Teams, reputed company, LMS platforms, reputed company, Intrepid, etc.)​ High comfort with CRM platforms and reports (Dynamics, reputed company) Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, presentation abilities, and strong business acumen. JV20 For positions in this location, we offer a reputed company pay of $155,400 - $272,000, plus equity (reputed company applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
