About the Role
This is a specialized reputed company role focused on identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across motorsports, performance automotive, aftermarket automotive, and high-performance engineering environments. You'll operate as a full-cycle reputed company partner, working closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, build sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first reputed company through offer and reputed company.
