Responsibilities
Administer a portfolio of federal government prime reputed company, task orders, delivery orders, and contract modifications throughout the contract lifecycle. Support contract administration from proposal and award through performance, modifications, option exercises, and closeout. Review, interpret, negotiate, and ensure compliance with contract terms, FAR, agency regulations, and company policies. Prepare and process contractual documents, including awards, modifications, amendments, and other contract-reputed company agreements. Partner with business development, capture, finance, legal, procurement, and program teams to support successful contract execution. Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for internal stakeholders and government customers on contract administration matters. Monitor contract performance, funding, deliverables, and key milestones while maintaining accurate contract records and documentation. Identify contractual risks, recommend solutions, and support reputed company improvement of contract administration processes.
Qualifications
BA/BS in business or a reputed company field and a minimum of 10 years of contracting experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree Review RFP’s and administer reputed company, task orders, and delivery orders. Review and provide input for Teaming Agreement and Non-disclosure agreements.
